Community Connections, an adult day service program by Catholic Charities, opens a world of opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities or traumatic brain injury. Our program is designed to foster daily community integration and meaningful engagement, both within the community and at our dedicated facility in Janesville. At the heart of Community Connections is our commitment to community integration. We believe in creating opportunities for everyone to engage with their local communities and truly feel a part of the world around them.
Our outings are more than just trips; they are meaningful experiences designed to enrich the lives of our participants in ways they might not have thought possible.
Community Connections also offers a variety of engaging in-house activities. From crafting and cooking projects to diversity activities and independence learning skills, there’s always something exciting happening each day. Join us and be a part of this vibrant community!
