Our center, located at 5401 Fen Oak Drive on the east side of Madison, caters to adults aged 18 and older residing in the Madison metropolitan area. We offer an affordable rate per scheduled day for our comprehensive services. Our program is tailored to meet the needs of those with medical conditions, cognitive, developmental, or physical disabilities, difficulties functioning at home alone, and/or Alzheimer’s and other memory loss conditions.

We invite you to visit our Adult Day Center for a tour. Meet our trained staff, participate in our recreational program, mingle with other members, and enjoy a nutritious lunch. Upon enrollment, we work with you to set a weekly schedule, complete enrollment paperwork, and develop a personalized care plan that tailors services and activities to your individual needs, interests, and abilities.
