Unduplicated Individuals Served

Unduplicated individuals served include every individual for whom the ILSP has scheduled a consultation, opened a case, received a decision, or maintained an active case file. This number does not include duplicates (i.e. someone who had a consultation and had their case opened in the same year would not be counted twice). This calculation reflects ongoing advocacy for clients who may have had cases opened in previous years without receiving a decision or opening a new process with our office.

212 (94.6% Approval Rating)
This is the total number of cases for which the ILSP received an approval from a government agency in 2025, and includes approvals of multiple distinct cases for the same individual. This number also includes approvals for cases filed by the ILSP prior to 2025. The approval rating is based on a total of 224 decisions received on cases in 2025.
