The work of the Immigration Legal Services Program is to provide affordable immigration legal services to low/no income immigrants and refugees who are unable to afford the fees of a private attorney. The Multicultural Center also provides community educational sessions on immigration issues. The Immigration Legal Services Program is a proud member of CLINIC – Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc.
Legal Assistance We Provide:
- Family, Asylee, and Refugee Visa Petitions
- Adjustment of Status Applications (Family, Refugee, Asylee)
- Naturalization/Citizenship Applications
- Consular Processing and Waivers
- Work Authorization
- Representation of survivors of violence (U Visa, VAWA, and T Visas)
- Travel Documents
- Community outreach and education
