Beginning in January 2024, Housing Navigation Services will transition from Catholic Charities to a new agency provider, Urban Triage.
Urban Triage will begin providing housing navigation services for unhoused (i.e. in shelter or outdoors) residents of Dane County who are not currently enrolled in another case management or outreach program starting Monday, Jan. 8, 2024 at The Beacon. The production of the housing vacancy list will be temporarily suspended as Urban Triage prepares to fully launch their program. Catholic Charities will continue to respond to emails and phone messages until Dec. 31, 2023. Urban Triage will announce an updated phone number and email prior to the end of the year.
If you are currently experiencing housing instability, you will continue to be able to access housing navigation materials online at catholiccharitiesofmadison.org/housing‐navigation‐services/ until Urban Triage launches their website.
