Water/sewer charge of $30/mo. per resident. Double occupancy fee of $50/mo. for each additional resident over the number of bedrooms. Earnest money equal to 1/12th (1 month) of the total annual rent due with the applications. Security deposit equal to 1/12th (1 month) of the total annual rent due on or before the first day of the lease. To secure an apartment for your group, we need all applications and all earnest money. The earnest money will be applied towards the balance due on the first day of the lease (first months rent + security deposit).
