Pathfinder Jail Diversion Program provides comprehensive, long-term treatment for adult offenders with alcohol and other drug problems.

People who have a history of relapse and have contributed to jail recidivism will especially benefit from this program. Pathfinder combines intensive services, electronic monitoring, and an individualized "wrap around" approach that addresses substance abuse, addiction issues, criminal behavior and other barriers to change.
