Catholic Charities, Diocese of Madison, Wisconsin - Our Support Broker Program provides coordination of supports and services to individuals with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injury.

Mission Statement

To provide coordination of supports and services to individuals with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injury.  As they live their lives and change how they want to be supported, we ensure a person-centered approach is used in service planning to establish self directed supports.

The philosophy of the Support Broker Program is to provide services that assist in developing the self-sufficiency of individuals, and to protect, preserve, and promote dignity of all persons. Our belief is that people with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injury, and their families, have both the ability and the right to make decisions that influence their lives.
