The Impact of Your Donation

Many people donate money and offer time and talents to help us work toward our goals. We need you and thank you deeply. If you are interested in donating or volunteering please click on the links found on this page.


$3,000 Provides recovering substance dependent people with a library of educational materials and DVD’s to help them in their recovery

$2,400 Provides 15 developmentally disabled parents one day a month for a year for recreation, respite, and peer support

$1,500 Provides two wheelchairs for aging services taking seniors on community outings

$1,000 Gives a needy family - with children - a full year of counseling

$650 buys 8,000 pounds of food that will help 140 families who use our Mobile Food Pantries

$400 Gives 50 developmentally disabled people access to two community recreational events

$350 Provides 10 in-home assessments for potential aging services clients

$100 Will help build a library for Alzheimer’s family caregivers

A scholarship fund of $25,000 will help dozens of families in urgent need of counseling support

The help you provide will improve the lives of people in real need - people who may not be helped any other way.

 Thank you very much for your interest in supporting Catholic Charities! We offer over 28 programs to families and individuals throughout the 11 counties within the Diocese of Madison, Wisconsin and serve people of all faiths and beliefs.

 

A great way to get involved and help those in need is by donating. We rely on the contributions of people like you to make our work possible. Many employers will match gifts made by their employees. Please check with your employer to see if they participate in this program.

Catholic Charities is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Your tax-deductible contribution will be used to serve those who live in Columbia, Dane, Grant, Green, Green Lake, Iowa, Jefferson, Lafayette, Marquette, Rock and Sauk counties. The Faith In Action Awards Dinner gives Leadership Awards to honor Catholics in our community who consistently incorporate Catholic values in their leadership and affect the lives of many. President’s Awards will also be presented to clients and volunteers who exemplify the mission and vision of Catholic Charities. Proceeds from our 2009 event funded Catholic Charities' Programs for Families and Aging Persons Services. Proceeds from Catholic Charities Annual Golf Event go directly to services sponsored by Catholic Charities that benefit children: Adoption Services, Pregnancy Counseling, and Youth Services.
